Yes - we’re proud of our community and happy to connect you with students who’ve secured deals. To respect their time, we normally do this after you’ve had your strategy call with us and are serious about moving forward. That way, you can ask focused questions and get the most value from the conversation.
If you secure your first property within 2–3 months, amazing-that’s the goal. You still keep the full support for the remaining mentorship duration to help with setup, systemising, scaling or getting deal number 2, 3, 4. There are no refunds for finishing early, because the real work starts after the first deal. We don’t cut you off; we double down on helping you scale.
Yes, many students partner up once they’re inside. For example, Dan & James (Social Housing), Kyle & Luke (HMO), and several others who met inside the mentorship now run property businesses together. We don’t “matchmake” JV partners, but the network creates natural partnerships.
Across all strategies we mentor over 150 active students. Social Housing currently has 20+ in training, with new deals being secured every month. It’s small enough for personal support, big enough to have accountability and real community.
The support you receive is tailored to the strategy you choose. If you’re on Serviced Accommodation or Deal Sourcing, your 1-to-1 support is directly with Kenny. If you choose HMO or Social Housing, your 1-to-1 support is with Dan, with Kenny still overseeing your journey. Regardless of strategy, Kenny holds a monthly audit call with every student to review deals, progress, and make sure you’re staying on track. So you’re always getting expert, strategy-specific guidance, but with full oversight to make sure nothing gets missed.
