1. What exactly does Day 1 include, and how is the mentorship structured?

From Day 1 you’ll get full access to the Action Course for your chosen strategy (HMO, SA, Social Housing, or Deal Sourcing). You’ll also be added to our support group and introduced on the live calls. The structure: 3 weekly coaching calls, daily WhatsApp support, and step-by-step action tasks. We build momentum immediately.

What level of one-to-one support do I receive?

Can I fit this around a full-time job?

Yes - most of our students start while working full-time. Many do calls on lunch breaks or evenings. The system is designed so you can replace your income before leaving your job.

Do I need savings to start, or can I begin with limited funds?

What legal/compliance steps are required?

We walk you through everything: PRS, ICO, right-to-rent, licensing, contracts, fire safety, deposit schemes - all the essentials. No guesswork.

What if I already have a company and/or website - can I still start?

Yes - and if you don’t, we’ll guide you step-by-step through setting one up. You don’t need everything “perfect” to get started. Deals come first - branding comes later.

What payment plans or deposit options are available?

Depends on the package you choose, Payment plans can be spread over up to 3 months

Can I speak to a current student before joining?

Yes - we’re proud of our community and happy to connect you with students who’ve secured deals. To respect their time, we normally do this after you’ve had your strategy call with us and are serious about moving forward. That way, you can ask focused questions and get the most value from the conversation.

What happens if I get a deal early?

If you secure your first property within 2–3 months, amazing-that’s the goal. You still keep the full support for the remaining mentorship duration to help with setup, systemising, scaling or getting deal number 2, 3, 4. There are no refunds for finishing early, because the real work starts after the first deal. We don’t cut you off; we double down on helping you scale.

Are there joint venture opportunities within the community?

Yes, many students partner up once they’re inside. For example, Dan & James (Social Housing), Kyle & Luke (HMO), and several others who met inside the mentorship now run property businesses together. We don’t “matchmake” JV partners, but the network creates natural partnerships.

How many people are in the Social Housing programme specifically?

Across all strategies we mentor over 150 active students. Social Housing currently has 20+ in training, with new deals being secured every month. It’s small enough for personal support, big enough to have accountability and real community.

How does the support differ per strategy (HMO vs SA vs Social Housing)?

The support you receive is tailored to the strategy you choose. If you’re on Serviced Accommodation or Deal Sourcing, your 1-to-1 support is directly with Kenny. If you choose HMO or Social Housing, your 1-to-1 support is with Dan, with Kenny still overseeing your journey. Regardless of strategy, Kenny holds a monthly audit call with every student to review deals, progress, and make sure you’re staying on track. So you’re always getting expert, strategy-specific guidance, but with full oversight to make sure nothing gets missed.

Will the video content remain available to us after the course ends?

Access to the training, materials, and support is tied to your mentorship duration.

During your 3, 6, or 12 month programme, you’ll have full access to the Action Course, live calls, and all resources.

After your mentorship ends, access is removed. However, you can continue inside our Legacy Programme for a small monthly fee, where you stay connected to ongoing support, deal reviews, and the community.
